"I’m inclined to wait a few more starts before passing judgment on whether or not Strider’s back to his ace form"

While I would LOVE for Strider to regain his top of the rotation form, I'm looking for baby steps. I don't need him to be great in LA, but I hope to see progress - especially location.

Ultimately, we need him to be a solid #2 behind Sale in a playoff series.

Hopefully, Grant's rough start in Coors was a one-off and ReLo can fix his mechanical problems (if that's what it is and not his shoulder). Ritchie continues to learn and have success and Bryce continues his hot start.

We are very fortunate to have gotten off to such a great start which should allow us withstand the MH2 and Ronald injuries.

Go Braves!

Everyone is concerned about Strider's velocity and vertical movement but the big issue to me was lack of command. If he could consistently hit spots with a 94mph fast ball he'd have a chance but he was ten inches over the strike zone on multiple fast balls - or middle/middle, most of which were raked.
