I agree completely that the pitching was 'purt near' perfection. So good to see Lopez do so well. Yes, maybe the bullpen is settled now with people you can trust. Thankfully, we have no more "trash time" arms. I'm sure Dubon can supply that if needed!
I guess it is all relative, but going 6-30 (a robust .200 BA) hardly seems to be coming out of our offensive funk.
Watching Lopez go five effective innings and Riley actually get an RBI was really nice to see.
