I share your frustration with dismal base running with a runner on 1B. Is this the new 1B coach from the Mets who is supposed to be a base running guru? I would think Weiss would call a meeting (at least with Mateo, Acuna, and Albies who have been guilty of bone head base running) and say this has got to stop.
