I'm a few days late to this thread and theres been some developments:
1. I saw some vids of Nacho getting reps at catcher. Have you heard anything more on this? Is he going to be considered for the 2nd catcher spot or is this going to help him land a spot on OD?
2. We had 4th-best odds of winning the WS when you wrote this, with Schwelly's injury we dropped to 9th-best odds, that is pretty interesting!
Chad Bishop of the AJC talked with Nacho about it and it's an attempt to add some versatility. Guess it technically qualifies him to be the emergency catcher now, but he is still an infielder
HAHA! Indeed, if we get to watch them. Although I watched the NFL every week this year, I didn't have the correct subscription and missed the Super Bowl for the first time. Sports TV is in the "SUCK" category.

Your summary leaves little to disagree with. I'm sure we're all a little tight waiting to see how all the 'healed' elbows and shoulders pan out.
Unrelated question: why didn't the Braves make an effort to rehire Ron Washington?
We don't know that they didn't try, but yeah I wish they had brought him back for defensive help.
