If they can win one of the first 7 things will already be better than last year.

It’s almost Opening Day… here’s some more positivity. The Braves were 14 games under .500 last season in one-run games. Brutal! The 14 game deficit happened in roughly the first half of the season. Most statistic-based analytical models have shown the primary driver for one run games is…LUCK. (Braves bullpen being sub-par in the first part of the season didn’t help either). Braves get 7 more wins by getting to .500 in one-run games. Now imagine if they go 7 games over .500 in one-run games this year.

Thanks, Taylor! You know there is a segment of Braves Nation seem to only be happy when they're miserable! LOL

Yes, we would all be happier if AA had signed a big bat and a top of the rotation starter and Profar not gotten his dumb @ss suspended AGAIN! But as the old saying goes, "If if and buts were candy and nuts, we'd all have a Merry Christmas."

We are where we are. As you said, the offense is poised for positive regression. The schedule is more forgiving. If we can hold our own until, Strider comes back, then Kim and Murphy, then Schwelly, Waldrep and later in the summer maybe AJSS, we can be a force in the NL East this season! Go Braves!!

Hope you will look at our draft possibilities after the the high schoolers have played enough to be evaluated for #9 & #26.

Thanks for your work !!!
