Thanks for this comprehensive update. Fingers crossed that Suarez gets back and is pitching well by the playoffs. The last several series have been a good insight into playoff baseball. The good news is that despite what was often withering criticism, the SP and pitching overall seems up to the task of winning against good teams. Looking forward to your thoughts on the back end of the bullpen. The team needs to sort it out and and audition guys that might help…. Burkhalter, Karinchak, others?
Your article is further testament to Weiss's savvy bull pen management with, really, only three high leverage guys (Fuentes, Lee, Iglesias). Dodd has worked his way into high value but the rest are borderline. Being able to navigate the remaining five weeks without burning out the backend guys is the challenge.

The "Light has really come on" for Cam Caminiti. He may be ready in '27.
“The window’s getting smaller for them,”
No, it's actually closed for all but ReLo and Suarez... and I'm not feeling too good about them, either.
